KIPP Soul Boys & Girls Club ignites the unlimited potential of kids and teens grades 1st-8th through safe, inclusive, and engaging activities and programs. We are a club of transformation. Members enter our doors to receive academic support, learn alternatives for developing healthy lifestyles, and excel in character and leadership development. They will depart as young leaders thriving in life and strengthening the future endeavors of their community and beyond.

Why Boys & Girls Club

The Boys & Girls Club is more than a place—it’s a purpose. I chose to work here because I believe in creating spaces where kids feel safe, seen, and celebrated. This Club provides opportunities for young people to discover their potential and grow into confident, caring leaders. Being part of that transformation inspires me every single day.

Who Influenced Me

My mom is my greatest influence. She has this amazing ability to love on people, make them feel seen and heard, and even push them toward greatness without them realizing it. Watching her lead with compassion and encouragement taught me how impactful it is to believe in someone and gently guide them toward their full potential. That’s the kind of influence I strive to have on the kids and teens I work with every day.

Advice for our Youth

The Boys & Girls Club creates ripples of change in our community. We provide a foundation where kids feel empowered to dream big, achieve more, and give back. Our Club teaches values like kindness, leadership, and resilience—qualities that strengthen not only our members but also their families and neighborhoods. Together, we’re shaping a brighter future.
