At-Promise-West Boys & Girls Club

Located within the At-Promise Youth & Community Center in historic English Avenue, the At-Promise-West Boys & Girls Club is part of an ongoing effort lead by the Atlanta Police Foundation and the Atlanta Police Department to empower youth and reduce the number of young people in the criminal justice system. At BGCMA, we provide an environment where all youth feel safe and secure to dream, discover, and develop. Our programs focus on helping kids succeed in school, live healthy, and become leaders. We are so glad to be part of this community and look forward to working with you!

Why Boys & Girls Club

From allowing growth and development for all ages to creating an inclusive and innovative space for youth, regardless of gender, Boys & Girls Club is the place to attend. We prioritize creating safe and supportive environments, where youth can feel respected, valued, and protected.

Who Influenced Me

My Mother influenced me the most. She has been working with youth for over 30 years and hasn’t lost a step! Being able to see such a passionate and dedicated woman has given me the foundation of chasing the things that matter the most to me.

Advice for our Youth

You didn’t come this far to only come this far, so don’t let your current situation detour you from your end destination. Keep pushing to be 1% better than yesterday and the rest will follow!
