Achieve Greater Impact with Kids
OBJECTIVES:
Establish a structure & process that provides training, support and accountability on youth development and management practices that lead to a high-quality Club experience.
Design & implement tween & teen retention strategies.
Design & implement racial equity & social justice programming.
Promote a data-driven culture that includes refining our outcome measurement system with metrics needed to track youth progress, inform Club improvement plans and evaluate staff performance.
