Club membership:  2022

Post-Secondary/Career Interest:  Attend the University of Southern California and obtain a bachelor’s in marine biology, and minor in marketing.  Career goal is to one day become a marine biologist who rescues and provides a safe, aquatic, and natural habitat for endangered ocean animals.

What does the phrase masterpiece in the making mean to you? “Masterpiece in the making is a formal way of saying a good thing or a good person is in the process of being made.”

Why is it important for kids to use their voice? It’s important for us to use our voices because the world is drastically changing everyday. If we don’t speak up for ourselves and those around us, we will never be heard. I also think it’s important for teens to use their voice about personal and world problems because we can make a difference. If we all come together and support one another we will be heard and we will make a change.

Short Bio: Robin is a 17-year-old high school senior with dreams of becoming a marine biologist. She says her Club staff and members are constantly supportive and encouraging and especially appreciates their help jump starting her college application process during her junior year. She enjoys volunteering at both her Club and community. “ You can usually find me at a local elementary school helping teachers. I cleaned classrooms, organized files, read books to kids, and I have even helped decorate a kindergarten classroom.”
