Post-Secondary/Career Interest: Trade school or culinary school. With hopes to also work at East DeKalb Boys & Girls Club or any other Boys & Girls Clubs.

What does the phrase masterpiece in the making mean to you? “In order to make a masterpiece, you have to be authentic. Being authentic means being yourself regardless of what’s going on around you and not masking your emotions.”

Why is it important for kids to use their voice? I believe is that my peers should use their voice to speak up for what they believe is right.

Short Bio: Rashaid is a 17-year-old high school junior who says Boys & Girls Clubs is important to me for a lot of reasons ,especially the staff who work so hard and put their all into their careers. With dreams of attending either trade school or culinary and one day also workING for Boys & Girls Clubs, Rashaid is already off to a great start. He enjoys volunteering as a leader in his Club by assisting his executive director in every day tasks, helping the Club stay clean, assisting with snack distribution, and aiding staff in maintaining their group.
