L.E.A.D. @ BGCMA (Leadership, Exploration, And Development) is a 3-month program for high-performing part-time employees who seek internal growth opportunities. L.E.A.D. offers mentorship, stretch assignments, and micro-training sessions.
Spring 2024 mentees were recognized at a culminating celebration on Friday, May 10th at Terminal West.
