Larry has more than 25 years of consulting experience across various industries, including financial services and healthcare with emphasis in aligning strategy and operations. A partner in PwC’s Healthcare Consulting Practice based in Atlanta, Larry’s practice currently focuses on providing management consulting services to large integrated health systems.
He has experience across a broad range of disciplines, including Ambulatory Operations, Physician Services, Shared Services, Strategic Planning, Performance Improvement, Service Line Analysis, Decision Support, Change Management, Project Management, Corporate Finance and Capital. Larry has led the enterprise-wide transformation of several large health systems in the U.S.— most notably our very own Grady Health System focused on operational, process and financial improvement across supply chain, revenue cycle, clinical operations, and Centers of Excellence.
A native of West Palm Beach, Florida Larry grew up attending Boys & Girls Clubs and credits the Club as an important part of his village. (“Big Shout-out and Thanks to Mr Tony for not kicking me out on the many occasions my 8-year-old self thought things could be done a little bit differently at the Club.”)
Larry has a demonstrated commitment to community service and paying it forward. Larry has served on the Boards of the Center for the Visually Impaired, The Georgia State Institute of Health Administration, The Shepherd Center, The University of Texas McCombs School of Business and is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta Class of 2010. In 2021, Larry established a $100k endowed scholarship at Auburn University targeting kids from his hometown.
Larry joined the Board for Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta in 2015 and previously served on the Impact Committee and chaired the Board Development Committee.
Larry attended Auburn University, was on the basketball team and drafted by the Miami Tropics of the former United States Basketball League. Larry later attended the University of Texas at Austin, earning a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship. Larry, his wife Kanika and their 3 kids reside in Marietta, Ga.
