Youth ages 9 to 15 who live in Madison County, Georgia, are invited to take part in a summer camp experience at Camp Kiwanis, hosted by Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta. This year, participants do not need to be Club members to attend.
Camp Kiwanis is a local sleep-away camp located on the Broad River, offering outdoor learning and team-building opportunities in a supportive, safe environment. Campers will experience traditional camp activities such as archery, fishing, kayaking, tubing, hiking, and more. They will stay in log cabins and take part in nature exploration, cultural learning, and environmental education.
In addition to outdoor recreation, Camp Kiwanis helps youth build confidence, make new friends, and develop leadership and life skills. Each session is led by trained staff who are focused on helping young people grow and succeed.
Eligibility:
-
Open to youth ages 9 to 15 from Madison County
-
Boys & Girls Club membership is not required
-
Cost is $425 per week
Camp sessions are available throughout the summer, but space is limited and early registration is encouraged.
