L.E.A.D. @ BGCMA (Leadership, Exploration, And Development) is a 3-month program for high-performing part-time employees who seek internal growth opportunities. L.E.A.D. offers mentorship, stretch assignments, and micro-training sessions. Fall 2022 mentees were recognized at a culminating celebration on Dec.2 at the Warren Club.
