Kiwanis Kids Cultural Challenge (KKCC) is a year-round program that takes place in each Club to provide members of all ages the opportunity to investigate and become familiar with different worldwide cultures. The KKCC program integrates the arts, cultural practices, geography, history, animal/botanical studies, culinary arts & sports activities. Club members investigate their selected countries and prepare presentation, displays and performances for the culminating field day event at a Club host site on the first Saturday in October. It includes a parade of nations, performances by members and cultural activities. The partnership between the Atlanta Kiwanis Club and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta established KKCC to express commitment to diversity and cultural understanding. This program is supported in part by the Georgia Council for the Arts through the appropriations from the Georgia General Assembly.  GCA is a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
